NHRA Disqualifies Two Competitors during the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals

Rick Rodgers
The NHRA disqualified Rick Rodgers from the 2014 Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis for violating NHRA Rules, particularly Section 11A, page 2 of the 2014 NHRA Rulebook on Blueprinting.  Tech inspectors discovered the supercharger pulley did not meet NHRA specifications.  In addition to the disqualification Rick will receive zero points for the event and the event will count towards his quota.  The disqualification is not appealable.

Daniel Sniesak
The NHRA disqualified Daniel Sniesak from the 2014 Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis for violating NHRA Rules, particularly Section 10A, page 10 of the 2014 NHRA Rulebook on Electrical.  Tech inspectors discovered a false battery was installed.  In addition to the disqualification Daniel will receive zero points for the event and the event will count towards his quota.  The disqualification is not appealable.
