In effort to make your experience at the upcoming NHRA National Event enjoyable, below are a few key items we would like to remind everyone. If you have any questions onsite, please do not hesitate to ask an NHRA Official. If the NHRA Official does not know the answer to your question, they will contact someone that can assist. Again, we hope you enjoy the event and we appreciate having your support of NHRA Championship Drag Racing.

If you participated in the divisional the weekend prior to the national event and leave your rig on the property;
· It is imperative the rig be relocated prior to Monday August 13th to clear areas for the pro pits and midway. NHRA Division staff will be on site to assist in determining a clear area to park. Which may include a pit parking spot applicable for both events.
· If you are going to return after 5 p.m. Wednesday August 13, 2018. Proper credentials will be required. We suggest you make certain you have your electronic Credentials printed (both driver and crew) to present to BIR security. Without credentials, you will not be allowed in the facility.
· If you or your crew remain on property between Sunday and Tuesday of the divisional. The fee structure is as follows:
Sunday - $30 (Monday Night & Tuesday Night)
Monday - $30 (Monday Night & Tuesday Night)
Tuesday - $15 (Tuesday Night)
· Fee will be collected in the field. Fees can also be paid at the BIR entrance and the Shirt Shak.
· All persons entering the main gate will be banded by Brainerd International Raceway security. The band is to remain on that person for the duration of the event. The only exception are individuals with NHRA hard cards. |

· Those who would like pre-stack in the field prior to the Sportsman stacking on Tuesday, August 14th, 2018 at 7am will be subject to a fee. The fee is as follows;
If you are arriving on:
Sunday after 7pm - $30 (Monday Night & Tuesday Night)
Monday - $30 (Monday Night & Tuesday Night)
Tuesday - $15 (Tuesday Night)
· Fee will be collected in the field
· The only way to avoid this fee is to arrive on property at 7am on Tuesday.
· Staying on property during this time frame DOES NOT provide you seniority in the Stacking and parking process. You will still have to enter the stack line on Tuesday morning.
· All persons entering the main gate will be banded by Brainerd International Raceway security. The band is to remain on that person for the duration of the event. The only exception to this is NHRA hard cards. |

· The fees identified above are directly payable to BIR. NHRA staff will not be collecting these fees.
· Security bands are only available through BIR. They will not be available by NHRA.
