The NHRA contingency program is one of the best ways that a sponsor can thank a racer for using their parts and supporting their company.  When filling out a contingency form, accuracy is of the utmost importance to ensure that contingency awards arrive in a timely fashion.  Some things to remember about the contingency program and completing the contingency form are: 

• Please print clearly.
  
  
• Double check all of the information on your sheet BEFORE you sign it. Your signature certifies that you agree ALL the information on your sheet is correct (including information filled in by the Tech Officials). Contingency sheets can not be altered or changed after the event.
  
  
• The line on the contingency form for ‘Email’ should include the email address for the payee.
  
  
• Display of competing company decals will void your claim for that product category (example-Comp Cams and Crane Cams).
  
  
• Only one company can be claimed from each product line.
  

• Contingency decals MUST be visible when viewing the vehicle from a 90 degree angle (on both left and right sides of the vehicle) and must be on the vehicle beginning with round one of eliminations.
  

• FALSE CLAIMS may result in the loss of all contingency awards for that event!
