Sportsman racers are invited to vote on their choice of their representatives. A ballot listing the top three nominees will be posted on each respective division site. Voting will remain open until Friday, March 14. The new NHRA Sportsman Racer Advisory Council members will be announced Tuesday, March. 18.
"Input from the SRAC is an integral part of NHRA's decision making process relating to racing policies and procedures, rules, schedules and virtually all areas of our business," said Josh Peterson, Vice President, Racing Administration and SRAC Chairman. "SRAC representatives should plan to meet on a regular basis with their committee chairman to provide input and share information gathered from fellow racers.”
The SRAC is among many sources for information and views gathered by NHRA in creating policies and procedures and programs that ultimately make NHRA racing more enjoyable and rewarding for all.
