Topeka Lucas Oil Doubleheader Event Infomation

Attention racers attending the Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at Heartland Motorsports Park.

We are coming into this event with several changes and want to make sure you are up to speed on what is going to be required.

Step 1: Entry & Credentials

You will need to purchase all your driver and crew entries online. Once you have purchased your driver entry you will be given a confirmation email with additional steps.

Step 2: Tech Card & Waivers

Following your purchase online of your driver and crew tickets you will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase.

  • Your NHRA LODRS Tech Card will be completed online, follow link in credential purchase confirmation email.
  • After completing Event #1 tech card, your entry information will be populated into the Event #2 tech card.  All technical component information must be completed manually.
  • After submission of Event #2 tech card, the participant will be prompted to complete the required event waivers online. 

There will be no paper tech cards accepted at the event.

Class Changes: Stock, Super Stock, Comp

Stock Super, Stock, and Comp competitors that request a class change after submitting a tech card.

  1. Racer notifies the tech department of a class change prior to making a qualifying attempt.
  2. Tech department confirms vehicle fits within the class then makes applicable changes to weight sticker, etc.
  3. Tech department notifies the tower of change

Schedule

  • Event Detailed Run Order
    Link to all LODRS event run schedules
  • Monday: Stacking opens at 8am in the Gate E lot.
    Tuesday: Registration 1pm – 9pm, Racer Parking 1pm-9pm
    Wednesday: Registration & Racer Parking from 7am – 9pm
    Thursday-Saturday: Registration open 7am-8pm 
    Sunday: Registration 7am-12 Noon.
