During Q3 of the 2025 Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals at Brainerd International Raceway, Cruz Pedregon made his qualifying pass with one front body latch of his Funny Car not properly closed and locked. This violation resulted in a disqualification from Q3 and a $2,500 fine.

During Q4 of the same event at Brainerd International Raceway, Ida Zetterström made her qualifying pass with the parachute safety tethers not properly installed on her Top Fuel Dragster. This violation resulted in a disqualification from Q4 and a $2,500 fine.

Following eliminations at the 2025 Muckleshoot Casino Resort NHRA Northwest Nationals at Pacific Raceways, Luke Labounty displayed behavior towards event staff that was unacceptable and violate the 2025 NHRA Rulebook. Mr. Labounty received a formal warning for participant conduct. Any future incidents of this nature will result in disciplinary action.

All fines will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari and are appealable.
