The NHRA Technical Department has released the 12th edition of the 2023 NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Racing Series Rules Supplement. Unless otherwise noted in this document, the additional amendments included in this release will come into effect immediately. Jan. 20, 2023 The purpose of the rule change was due to incidents that have occurred in the pits, to reduce these incidents/concerns we were asked to prohibit the use of blinders in classes where we have experienced incidents in the pits due to the use of blinders. Discovery of blinders/staging aids could be cause for disqualification of run, regardless of whether infraction occurs during qualifying or eliminations; at the sole and absolute discretion of NHRA. 72715

JEGS will continue as a partner of NHRA as part of a multi-year extension, including the continuation of the longtime JEGS Allstars and JEGS SPORTSnationals. The JEGS Allstars will move to Texas Motorplex in October as part of the Texas NHRA FallNationals.

NHRA SUPER STOCK AND STOCK CLASS ELIMINATIONS SCHEDULE SAN DIMAS, Calif. – Today NHRA officials announced a full schedule of Super Stock and Stock class eliminations for 2023. The NHRA Technical Department released Horsepower changes December 7, 2022 after review and evaluation of written requests from Lucas Oil Sportsman Series competitors. All changes are effective January 1, 2023. Only those requests received by November 15, 2022 were considered during this scheduled evaluation.
