Based on Pro Stock Motorcycle performance data, the NHRA Technical Department is reducing the minimum weight of the 4-valve Suzuki up to 113 CID entries from 630 pounds to 625 pounds. The S&S and VTwin VH160 will be increased from 630 pounds to 640 pounds. All other minimum weights will remain the same. This rule change will go into effect immediately. July 12, 2022 The NHRA Technical department wants to remind competitors the use of a quick action fuel shut off valve is mandatory on cars equipped with carburetor(s) or nonelectronic fuel (EFI) systems but with mechanical non-OEM fuel pumps must have a quick-action fuel-shutoff valve within easy reach of driver and located in the main fuel line between the fuel tank and the carburetor and/or injectors. 72584
