Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS) The AHFS is used to review and evaluate runs in Stock and Super Stock for possible horsepower adjustments. Horsepower Adjustments – From Competitor Requests The NHRA Technical Department released Horsepower changes December 13, 2021 after review and evaluation of written requests from Lucas Oil Sportsman Series competitors. All changes are effective January 1, 2022. Only those requests received by November 16, 2021 were considered during this scheduled evaluation. 2021 End of Year Stock, Super Stock Horsepower Adjustments Announced The following Stock/Super Stock horsepower changes were released December 13, 2021 produced by the Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS). This is the scheduled horsepower adjustment for this year. All changes are effective January 1, 2022.
