SFI 25.x Specs for Full Body Race Cars
As a reminder, the SFI 25.x specs for Full Body race cars were updated on January 1, 2019. All new built cars will need to meet these specs when they get certified. Horsepower adjustments following the Dodge NHRA Nationals event in Reading, PA

Question: I have a fast street bike that I would like to take to my local NHRA track and run in the Test & Tune Bike night. What rules do I need to follow just to make test & tune runs? Answer: In section 4C, page 13 of the 2019 NHRA Rulebook it has rules for E. T. Motorcycle. During test & tune or a competition race the E. T. Motorcycle rules must be followed. If bike runs quicker than 9.99 in the 1/4-mile or 6.39 in the 1/8-mile a competition license is required.

NHRA Announces New Junior Drag Racing League Safety Requirements for the 2020 Season
The NHRA Technical Department has announced new Junior Drag Racing League safety requirements for the 2020 season. Beginning June 1, 2020, all drivers in the Trainee, Youth, Novice, Intermediate, Advanced and Jr. Comp categories will be required to wear a head and neck restraint/system meeting SFI 38.1. Question: I'm building a Stock Eliminator car with a narrow transmission tunnel. I can't find a shield or blanket that will fit in the transmission tunnel area. What are my options?
