Junior Masters Category Officially Added to NHRA Summit Junior Drag Racing League
An 18+ category (Masters) has been added to the 2019 Junior Dragster rulebook. The new class designation removes the age limitation so that NHRA’s young, up and coming racers no longer age out of competition. The Junior Master Class also provides a new, economical entry point for adults of all ages to begin competing in Sportsman Drag Racing at NHRA Member Tracks.

The NHRA Technical Department has released an update to the previously posted announcement regarding the 22nd Annual Route 66 NHRA Nationals JEGS Allstars.
The following categories will not be required to remove a head prior to Technical inspection but will need to go through the P&G and technical inspection process: Super Stock Modified and Super Stock Modified Stock. NHRA Technical Department Makes Parity Adjustment to the SAMTech.edu NHRA Factory Stock Showdown
Based on SAMTech.edu NHRA Factory Stock Showdown performance numbers from the first two races of the 2019 season, the NHRA Technical Department is reducing the supercharger overdrive of the 2019 COPO 350 combination by (5.4) percent from (142.9) percent to (137.5) percent.
