These amendments document the NHRA rule changes since the last digital release of the 2024 NHRA Rulebook that will come into effect beginning January 1, 2025. The following action has been taken against Scott Palmer regarding missing clutch bellhousing hardware that occurred on November 1, 2024, during Q2 of the Ford Performance NHRA Nationals. Palmer has been fined Two Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($2,500) and the run was disqualified. The fine is appealable. 73134

Jerry Emmons was involved in two excessive braking incidents in his Stock entry at the Division 4 Event at the Texas Motorplex and as a result was disqualified from the event with 0 points earned. He will also lose an additional 100 Championship Points and be fined $1000 due to repeated infractions of the same nature. 73126

The following action has been taken against Joey Luttrull for his actions during the Texas NHRA FallNationals. While driving his golf cart through the Professional Pit Area, he struck an individual causing injury. This infraction carries a fine of $2500. The fine will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari and is appealable. 73124

Based on the Holley EFI Factory X performance numbers from the 2024 season the NHRA Technical Department has made the following amendment to the supercharger section. SUPERCHARGERS Must be correct year, make and model specified & accepted for cars engine. Sandblasting, grinding, flash removal, dry film coating, or any other modification to Supercharger, intake manifold or intercooler prohibited. Intake manifold and intercooler must remain in stock, NHRA accepted condition.

The following action has been taken against Freddy Perkins for his actions during the Pep Boys NHRA Nationals. While pushing his car to the staging lanes, he struck an individual causing injury. This infraction carries a fine of $2500. The fine will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari and is appealable. 73121

Karma Hopper was disqualified in her Top Dragster from the first race of the St. Louis Double Divisional (LODRS 35). Karma made a pass in the second round of qualifications at 5.903 seconds. Her pass below the minimum of 6.00 seconds resulted in her disqualification from the event. This disqualification is not appealable. 73118

The car had a modified intake manifold installed. Lottig was disqualified from the event and received 0 points. This infraction also carries a fine of $2500. The following action has been taken against Jason Dietsch for violating the rules pertaining to the Factory Stock Showdown supercharger air inlet at the NHRA Midwest Nationals. The car had a non-accepted/modified supercharger air inlet installed. Dietsch was disqualified from the event and received 0 points. This infraction also carries a fine of $2500. The fine will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari and is appealable. 73113

The following action has been taken against Jesse Alexandra for violating the rules pertaining to the Factory X intake manifold at the NHRA Midwest Nationals.
