Officials from NHRA today announced the 2016 NHRA Harley-Davidson Drag Racing Series schedule. The popular series, highlighted by the Top Fuel and Pro Fuel classes, brings high-energy motorcycle racing to fans nationwide.

The NHRA Technical Department has released updates to the 2015 to 2016 Rule Amendments. These amendments document the NHRA rule changes that will come into effect beginning January 1, 2016. The NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series returns for a 15th season with premier events taking place across the country in all seven NHRA divisions, it was announced today by NHRA officials. The 2016 schedule will feature 43 divisional events with a minimum of five in each of the seven divisions. There will also be 25 regional events featuring the 260-mph Top Alcohol Dragster and Top Alcohol Funny Car classes.

NHRA announced today that Spokane County Raceway in Airway Heights, Wash. has rejoined the NHRA Member Track Network as part of the Northwest Division after spending one year with the IHRA.
