Horsepower Adjustments – From Competitor Requests The NHRA Technical Department released Horsepower changes December 13, 2021 after review and evaluation of written requests from Lucas Oil Sportsman Series competitors. All changes are effective January 1, 2022. Only those requests received by November 16, 2021 were considered during this scheduled evaluation.
