Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals Super Stock and Stock Runs Excluded From Automatic Horsepower Factoring System
As a reminder, the Automatic Horsepower Factoring system will not be used during this year’s Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals. As a result, runs made by Super Stock and Stock competitors at any time during the event will not count towards class averages, nor will they be used to trigger index or horsepower adjustments. Question: I am getting together a new Competition Eliminator car that I plan to run in C/D. My hopes are that the car will run in the 6.8 second range at over 200 mph. Will I only need one parachute? Question: Am I allowed to install a dry-sump oil system on my 1969 Camaro SS/CA car? I know that there are some other Super Stock combinations that allow a dry-sump, but I am not sure if I am one of those combinations. Answer: No you are not.
