Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS)
The AHFS is used to review and evaluate runs in Stock and Super Stock for possible horsepower adjustments. The review is conducted twice per racing season. The two reviews are compiled individually so the data is not cumulative. Runs included in the AHFS database are limited to final qualifying runs (Q data) and all elimination runs (E data) at all NHRA National and LODRS events.

Horsepower Adjustments – From Competitor Requests
The NHRA Technical Department released Horsepower changes December 19, 2014 after review and evaluation of written requests from Lucas Oil Sportsman Series competitors. All changes are effective January 1, 2015. Only those requests received by November 18, 2014 were considered during this scheduled evaluation. NHRA Rule Clarification for Pro Modified Roof Panels
The NHRA Technical Department has received several questions pertaining to the new rule in Pro Modified requiring a panel in the roof area of the roll cage.
