NHRA officials announced earlier this week that due to the fluid nature of the pandemic national evets in June and July have been postponed.

In consideration of the COVID-19 global pandemic, NHRA officials announced today the Lucas Oil Drag Racing series events scheduled at Maple Grove Raceway on May 22-24, Atlanta Dragway on May 15-17, Route 66 Raceway on May 29-31 and Alamo City Motorplex on May 15-16 have been postponed. Dates for the postponed events will be announced at a later date.

NHRA officials have announced revised participation guidelines for Summit Racing Equipment Jr Drag Racing League competitors attending the Western Jr. Conference Finals at Tulsa Raceway Park and Eastern Jr. Conference Finals at Bristol Dragway.

NHRA officials have announced revisions to the 2020 NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series schedule. The series is tentatively planned to resume at the Nite of Fire event on June 5 at Sacramento Raceway

All competitors due for renewal are welcome to submit applications to their home division office per NHRA’s “normal process.”

After announcing a revised Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series schedule last week, NHRA officials announced today which divisions finalized their teams for the 2020 JEGS Allstars to be contested at the Route 66 NHRA Nationals on July 9-11 at Route 66 Dragway.

NHRA NGK Spark Plugs NHRA Four-Wide Nationals entrants who purchased racer credentials will be issued a refund. Refunds could take between 7-10 days before they appear on your account. All entrants will need to redeem/purchase credentials for the rescheduled event on September 18-20.

1) Racer credentials (aka crew tickets) will be refunded from the originally scheduled Atlanta event. Refunds will take between 7-10 days to process. 2) Your driver credential from Atlanta was automatically transferred to Gainesville with your entry. Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series categories originally scheduled to compete at the 2020 NGK Spark Plugs NHRA Four-Wide Nationals at Charlotte, North Carolina on April 24-26 will now take place at the rescheduled event on September 18-20.

Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series categories originally scheduled to compete at the 2020 NHRA Southern Nationals at Commerce, Georgia will now take place as part of the completion of the Amalie Motor Oil Gatornationals at Gainesville Raceway on June 5-7.
