NHRA adjusts AA/S and AA/SA indexes
After reviewing the request to adjust the AA indexes, and consulting with Sportsman Racers; the NHRA Technical Department will increase the indexes for Stock AA/S and AA/SA to 10.70, for 2016 and beyond. Part of the decision to change the indexes were due to the new Factory FS cars no longer permitted to run either class. 67556

Heritage Series Group 2 Rescheduled for Auto Club Famoso Raceway
The NHRA Hot Rod Heritage Series event for Group 2 classes from Rocky Mountain Raceways that was canceled due to rain, has been rescheduled for Auto Club Famoso Raceway during their Nostalgia Fall Championships, Sept. 17-18, which will make the event a double event – Two separate events in one weekend.

Per the NHRA Rulebook, “Driver numbers and class designation letters must be displayed on both side windows and the windshield. Horsepower adjustments following the D-3 Jegs SportsNationals event in Bowling Green, KY
