National Event Shipping Guidelines

Sponsors, racers, and teams have been advised to have shipments arrive at each event no earlier than Wednesday of race week, as shipments arriving prior to these days may not be accepted by the host facility. 

 

The personnel at the shipping depot will be responsible for receiving and delivering all shipments. 

 

Please direct any early arriving shipments to the compound and we ask that you and your staff direct all deliveries to the shipping depot beginning Wednesday morning of race week.

The Location of the Shipping Depot will be in the same locations as previous years!

The Shipping Depot will be operational during the following hours:

​

Wednesday of Race Week: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Thursday of Race Week: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Friday of Race Week: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Saturday of Race Week: 8:00am - 5:00pm

Sunday of Race Week: 8:00am - 12:00pm

If packages are dropped off and do not make the pick-up time for outgoing mail. There will be additional

charges to transport to the next race or to drop off at shipper.

Incoming and Outgoing Freight Service Rates:

Packages up to 20LBS - $20 Per Package

Packages over 20LBS - $40 Per Package

Pallet - $100 Per Pallet
