Al Ackerman was disqualified and fined $1,000 for not wearing a head and neck restraint while making a pass with his Competition Eliminator entry during Q3 of the Lebanon Valley LO13 event. The fine is appealable. The fine will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari.
