NHRA National Event Shipping Guidelines


  • Again for the 2017 season the NHRA will have an on-site shipping depot at each NHRA Mello Yello Racing Series event.  Sponsors, Racers and Teams are advised to have shipments arrive at each event no earlier than Tuesday for events that are not back to back and Wednesday for events that are back to back.  Shipments arriving prior to these days may not be accepted by the host facility. 


  • The personnel at the shipping depot will be responsible for receiving and delivering all shipments.  The following per package handling fees will apply:


Up to 5 pounds

$5.00 per package

5-39 pounds

$8.00 per package

40 pounds and over

$12.00 per package


$55 per pallet


  • The shipping depot will be operational during the following hours:


*Tuesday of race week

1:00 pm to 5:00 pm

Wednesday of race week

10:00 am to 5:00 pm

Thursday of race week

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Friday of race week

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Saturday of race week

8:00 am to 5:00 pm

Sunday of race week

8:00 am to 6:00 pm


*Tuesday hours will only be available at events that are not back-to-back.


  • Additional hours for the Chevrolet Performance U.S. Nationals will be announced.
