Based on the FLEXJET NHRA Factory Stock Showdown performance numbers from the 2026 season, the NHRA Technical Department is increasing the supercharger overdrive by changing the upper supercharger pulley for the 2021 Dodge Challenger 354 Gen-5 Whipple from 3.750 inches to 3.625 inches. This rule change will go into effect immediately. NHRA reserves the right in the future to make additional rule changes to control performance and maintain parity in the category.

At the 2026 NHRA US Nationals, Pro Mod competitor Jason Collins was found to have a modified supercharger. Collins’ Q1, Q2, and Q3 runs were disqualified. In addition, Collins was fined $2,500 and assessed a 100-point championship deduction. Factory Stock Showdown competitor Taylor Dietsch was found to have an incorrect supercharger pulley. 9/10/2026 As the result of runs under the Automatic Horsepower Factoring System (AHFS) 1.20-second under policy at the NHRA U.S. Nationals event, the following changes have been made.
