Based on the SAMTech.edu NHRA Factory Stock Showdown performance numbers from the Lucas Oil NHRA Summer Nationals at Indianapolis, the NHRA Technical Department is reducing the 2019 Cobra Jet 327 supercharger overdrive by changing the upper supercharger pulley from 4.00 inches to 3.750 inches and changing the lower engine pulley from 8.00 inches to 6.938 inches. The 2019 and 2020 COPO supercharger overdrive will also be reduced by changing the upper supercharger pulley from 3

The NHRA disqualified both Dustin and Lindsey Wheelock from the Lucas Oil NHRA Summernationals at Lucas Oil Raceway at Indianapolis. During a random inspection it was discovered a pully was not in compliance with the Factory Stock Showdown rules. In addition to being disqualified from the event. Both Dustin and Lindsey will receive 0 points from the event, which will be charged as 1 of the driver's eligible scored events for the current season. 71901

The Atco Dragway Lucas Event scheduled for July 31-August 2 has been cancelled, due to gathering size restrictions by the NJ Governor. Plans are to run a double header at Virginia Motorsports Park on October 1-4. TAD/TAFC Competitors will run Qualifying on Friday and Eliminations on Saturday at this event.

The Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series event at the Dodge Mile-High NHRA Nationals Presented By Pennzoil (Aug. 7-9) at Bandimere Speedway and the Lucas Oil NHRA Nationals event (Aug. 14-16) at Brainerd International Raceway has been postponed.
