ATTENTION RACERS ATTENDING THE LUCAS OIL DRAG RACING SERIES AND JEGS SPORTSNATIONALS EVENTS AT NEW ENGLAND DRAGWAY

ENTRY DEADLINE EXTENDED TO MIDNIGHT WEDNESDAY AUGUST 19TH

We are coming into this event with several changes and want to make sure you are up to speed on what is going to be required.

STEP 1: ENTRY & CREDENTIALS

· You will need to purchase all your driver and crew entries online. Once you have purchased your driver entry you will be given a confirmation email with additional steps. Entry & Ticket Purchase Link

· Double entry required. If competitor is unable to enter competition for Event #2, please notify staff before the start of event #2 to receive refund.

· Gold card & Silver Card (Jegs SPORTSnationals only) entries please email the track: Lydia@NEDragway.com

STEP 2: TECH CARD & WAIVERS

· Following your purchase online of your driver and crew tickets you will receive an email order confirmation for your purchase.

· Your NHRA LODRS Tech Card will be completed online, follow link in credential purchase confirmation email.

· All waivers will be handled at the track.

There will be no paper tech cards accepted at the event.

CLASS CHANGES: STOCK, SUPER STOCK, COMP

· Stock Super, Stock, and Comp competitors that request a class change after submitting a tech card.

· Racer notifies the tech department of a class change prior to making a qualifying attempt.

· Tech department confirms vehicle fits within the class then makes applicable changes to weight sticker, etc.

· Tech department notifies the tower of change

PAYOUT

· All payouts will be done after the event.

· Please complete W-9 Link: Download & Complete W-9

· Submit all W-9s to ellen@nedragway.com

· Please include in the subject line of the email: Name, Category, and Competition number
