2012 Contingency Payments/Privacy Laws

As a reminder to all competitors - to further protect your privacy the NHRA will no longer be providing personal information on to the NHRA contingency sponsors - E.g., social security and FED ID information. Such information will now solely be a transaction between the racer and sponsor directly.

As an increasing number of sponsors are requiring a W9 form to be on file from the contingency payee.  A competitor can download a W9 Form, print, complete the form and forward to the requesting contingency sponsor.
