NHRA National Performers Award Update

The first contingency award event of the 2013 NHRA National Performers Award series was completed during the JEGS NHRA Cajun SPORTnationals. Series’ contingency sponsorship remains strong and consistent with previous years. Each validated claim will pay the recipient $100 and each racer’s earned points will go toward the year-end total which is comprised of the best four of the racer’s first six events. Returning sponsors include AFIS, ATI, Castrol, Coan, Comp Cams, Crane, Big Stuff 3, Edelbrock, FAST, Ford, Goodyear, Harland Sharp, Hughes, Jiffy-Tite, JW, McLeod, Mopar, Moser, Quick Fuel, Sunoco, TCI, VP and Weld. Year-end champions will receive a minimum $500 bonus from each of their sponsors.
