NHRA Releases 2025 Rulebook Amendment Updates

The NHRA Technical Department has released additional 2025 Rule Amendments. Unless otherwise noted in this document, these additional amendments will come into effect immediately. The 2025 NHRA Rulebook Amendments can be found under Tech, then Rules on NHRARacer.com.

• Division Field Offices, Page iv – Division 4 and Division 5 Services Coordinator updated

• Section 11A, Stock Cars, Frame, Ground Clearance, Page 10 – Components added other than OEM such as beam breakers prohibited

• Section 12A, Super Stock, Frame, Ground Clearance, Page 7 – Components added other than OEM such as beam breakers prohibited

• Section 15, Top Alcohol Funny Car, Class Weights, Page 1 – TAFC running 3.19 and numerically lower rear gear ratio limited to 90.5% nitro

• Section 19, Top Fuel Dragster, Body, Air Deflector Plates, Page 11 – Air deflectors updated
