Review Panel Decision - Damon Hurley

The Review Panel has reached a decision in the appeal filed by Damon Hurley based on the statement of action issued for violating the Section 1.3.1 of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook on Participant Conduct.  The Review Panel upheld the two thousand five hundred ($2,500) monetary fine and reduced the three (3) year suspension to one (1) year, set to expire on March 24, 2014.  The decision is appealable, as outlined in section 1, pages 16-23 of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook.
