The Review Panel has reached a decision in the appeal filed by John Clegg based on the statement of action issued for failing teardown because the engine measured a large cubic inch than stated on the tech card.  The Review Panel has reduced the suspension from one year to three months and finds that the monetary fine of $5,000 was appropriate.  The decision is appealable, as outlined in section 1, pages 16-23 of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook.
