Review Panel Decision - Mike Coughlin Appeal

The Review Panel has reached a decision in the appeal filed by Mike Coughlin based on the statement of action issued for violating the Section 1.3.1 of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook on Participant Conduct.  The Review Panel upheld the fifteen thousand ($15,000) monetary fine and the three (3) month suspension, set to expire on October 15, 2013.  The decision is appealable, as outlined in section 1, pages 16-23 of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook.
