The NHRA imposed a three-year suspension and $2,500 monetary fine against Jimmy Cowan (Comp/TS-3970) for violating NHRA Rules. Jimmy violated the participant conduct policy by submitting a false application for licensure. Any further incidents could result in further action. Jimmy can appeal the decision, per the 2019 NHRA Rulebook.
