The following action has been taken against Paul Nero regarding an incident that occurred during an D7 LODRS at Famoso Dragstrip. Nero has been fined three thousand ($3,000) for making physical contact with a track official. This violates Participant Conduct rules as found in the 2023 NHRA Rulebook. The fine will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari. The fine is appealable.
