Rob Passey was fined $2,500 for having his parachutes pinned on his Top Fuel Dragster entry during his burnout in Q3 at the NHRA Four-Wide Nationals. The fine will be dedicated to enhancing the capabilities of the Safety Safari. The fine is appealable.
