Statement of Action Against Participant

The following action has been taken against Pat McCue regarding a burnout in an unauthorized area of Lucas Oil Raceway that occurred on September 3, 2020 during the DENSO Spark Plugs NHRA U.S. Nationals. McCue was disqualified from the event and will receive 0 points from the event, which will be charged as 1 of the driver's eligible national scored events for the current season. Additionally, McCue was fined Two Thousand Five Hundred dollars ($2,500). This action is appealable.
