I would like to change my driver’s side 1 5/8-inch roll cage door bar to a swing-out style bar.  Any special requirements I need to follow?

In the General Regulations section on page 27 of the 2013 NHRA Rulebook it states “Swing-out side bar permitted on OEM full-bodied car 8.50 e.t. and slower.  The following requirements (a through d) apply:”  Read (a through d) for details on installation and size.
