Question:

I have a 1957 Chevy that I’m building for the NHRA Super Street class.  I’m going to install fiberglass lift off doors.  Are there any special rules that I will need to follow.

Answer:

In the 2019 NHRA Rulebook section 8, Super Street, page 4-5, Body: it reads “Door hinges on any lift-off door must have safety pins or locks.”
